About Us

Hello everyone, we are DEC 5A students from Kolej Profesional Mara Seri Iskandar are now doing our SOC Final Project which we will be highlighting on self-esteem and body image to boost on self confidence so that we can grow stronger and love ourselves more. Self esteem is important because feeling good about yourself can affect your mental health and how you behave. Body image can also be closely linked to self esteem. Thus, we are here to help those who are feeling down with these kind of problems. Our group's name is Physique Fortitude which Physique is actually the form of a human body! that includes small, tall, muscular, chubby and more. That is what we called humans physique while Fortitude is having courage in pain and adversity. We have chosen the word Fortitude as its reflects on the strength that one should have in order to love oneself.
